Specialist Interview and Employment/Education Verification
At Vanguard, we interview Specialists to ascertain their level of expertise, verify their employment and educational histories, and determine the working environment in which they will be most successful.
Specialist Testing, Training and/or Portfolio Review
We test all of our Specialists to evaluate their skill level. For Specialists in the Graphics field, we conduct a portfolio review. For all Specialists, we offer Computer and/or Software training to ensure that they are familiar with the latest software products.
Investigative Background Search, and Controlled Substance Testing
Upon request, we can conduct an in-depth background check, criminal records search, and test for the use of controlled substances.
Administration of Benefits, Payroll, Insurance, and Taxes
We administer all items related to Benefits, Payroll, Insurance, and Taxes for all of our Specialists, on behalf of our Clients.
Flexibility in Staffing Model
We enable you to exercise greater control over your organization's staffing model, by allowing you to retain the type and number of Specialists you require, for a period of time that you determine. In the event that you wish to transition a Specialist from temporary to regular hire, you have the option to do so.
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tracking Reports
At Vanguard, we provide you with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports that enable you to track productivity and control costs.
Advertising/Promotional Services
We participate in co-branding advertising/promotional campaigns with our Clients. In certain instances Vanguard will assume the cost of the advertising/promotional campaign.

At Vanguard, we place specialists in the Tri-State area, enabling you to coordinate the staffing model across your entire organization.

At Vanguard, we place our Specialists at top companies, providing them an "in" in exciting industries, such as, entertainment, music and television.
Specialist Testing and Training
We provide testing for our Specialists in order to help quantify their skill level. In addition, we offer Computer and Software training for those specialists who wish to improve, or expand upon their computer and software knowledge base.
Resume Assistance, Career Counseling and Portfolio Review
We assist our Specialists in writing resumes that will best reflect their expertise, education, and work history. In addition, we provide Career Counseling, by helping our Specialists identify their skills and interests, and then assist them in developing and achieving their employment goals. For Graphics Specialists, we conduct a portfolio review.
Administration of Benefits, Payroll, Insurance, and Taxes
We administer all items related to Payroll, Insurance and Taxes. After a certain period of time, our Specialists become eligible for Medical and Dental benefits.
Flexibility in Scheduling and Commitment
We enable you to exercise greater control over your schedule, by offering a variety of shifts, and duration of placement. For those Specialists who wish to make the transition from temporary to 'regular hire', many clients, after a trial period, allow you the option to do so.
Weekly Payroll
Our Specialists are paid on a weekly basis.
